What brands of siding and soffit do you use?
We carry the many of the top brand names in siding in the industry such as: Alcoa, Mastic, Napco, Crane, Norandex and Alside.
What styles of siding do you install?
We can install horizontal and vertical siding, board & batten, shingles, and hand split shake style in 5 different profiles and a wide range of colors.
How long can I realistically expect siding to last on my house?
Most people are under the impression that all siding is the same. However, there are many different levels of quality. The standard rule is, “the cheaper the price, the shorter the life of the product.” At Jeff Freeman’s Roofing, Siding and Windows, Inc. all of our siding products come with a warranty on the installation, and our product warranties vary based on the product you choose to have installed.
Is siding more costly than simply repainting my home?
In the short run, yes. But when you start adding the cost of repeatedly painting your home, siding wins, hands down. Compare the ongoing costs of painting to a one-time investment in new siding.
How does the cost of siding compare to the added resale value it provides?

Is siding durable?

How do I maintain my siding?
There really is no maintenance, just occasional cleaning. Ordinarily, the cleaning action of rainfall will be adequate to wash your siding. However, the siding and soffit should be washed periodically by hosing with a garden hose and clear water, particularly in those areas not exposed directly to rain. If you desire to do a more thorough cleaning, or where high soil collection conditions occur, use a soft-bristled, long-handled washing brush. It attaches to your garden hose and makes washing your siding easier.
